On January 10, 2023, the Honourable Filomena Tassi, Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), announced a total investment of over $14 million for eight innovative businesses across the GTA.
Pentavere Research Inc. was one of the companies that received funding. With a repayable investment of over $1 million, Pentavere will be able to scale the development and commercialization of its AI engine, DARWEN™, which rapidly organizes, analyzes and extracts clinical information needed to better identify, understand and treat patients, for healthcare providers and pharmaceutical partners. As a result, the company will increase revenues and create skilled jobs.
